Welcome to Prabuddham Academy. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Prabuddham Academy’s services, located at Purnia, Bihar.

1. Admission & Fees
- Admission is granted based on the eligibility criteria and seat availability.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Fees must be paid on or before the due date. Late fees may be applicable as per institute policy.
- The institute reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student found providing false information during registration.
2. Academic Discipline & Conduct
Students represent the academy and are expected to maintain high standards of discipline.
- Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must maintain at least 85% attendance to sit for internal tests.
- Behavior: Any form of indiscipline, bullying, or damage to institute property (Digital Classrooms, Library, Furniture) will lead to strict disciplinary action or expulsion.
- Mobile Phones: Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during class hours unless instructed by the faculty for digital learning purposes.
3. Study Material & Intellectual Property
All study materials, including modules, Daily Practice Papers (DPPs), test series, and digital content provided by Prabuddham Academy, are the intellectual property of the institute.
- Materials are for the personal use of the enrolled student only.
- Copying, distributing, or selling these materials to third parties is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.
4. Limitation of Liability
Prabuddham Academy strives to provide the best coaching for JEE/NEET. However, the institute does not guarantee selection in competitive exams, as results depend on the student’s individual hard work and performance.
5. Changes to Terms
Prabuddham Academy reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via notice boards or the website.
